with strong experience in
evaluating AI tools and platforms for Life Sciences R&D environments .
This role requires someone who can
critically assess emerging AI/ML technologies, lead POCs, and provide strategic recommendations to senior R&D stakeholders .

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate emerging
AI/ML tools and platforms
across Life Sciences R&D domains such as
Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Quality, Safety, and R&D Operations .
Lead rapid Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives including scoping, data requirements, model evaluation, prototype development, and workflow integration.
Conduct deep technical assessments of vendor AI solutions, analyzing model behavior, stability, real‑world readiness, and architectural feasibility.
Develop evaluation frameworks, scoring models, and comparison matrices for AI vendors.
Collaborate with cross‑functional Life Sciences SMEs to translate operational needs into AI/ML solutions.
Present insights through executive summaries, technical demos, and strategic recommendations.
Support AI governance, compliance, and risk assessments including explainability, data privacy, auditability, and model governance.
Required Skills
10+ years experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science.
Strong exposure to Life Sciences / Pharma R&D domain.
Experience with LLMs, AI tools evaluation, and ML model validation.
Hands‑on experience with POCs and AI solution assessments.
Strong communication skills for executive‑level presentations.
