We're seeking a Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Natural Resources) to join a high–performing team in Bristol. Description
Advising on renewable energy and wider energy–related property matters, including wind, solar, battery and hydrogen projects.
Handling acquisitions, disposals, development matters, and portfolio/asset management for energy sector clients.
Supporting major energy infrastructure developments and project development work.
Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to team growth through business development activity.
Profile
A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years' PQE in real estate.
Experienced in development projects, ideally with exposure to the energy sector or wider commercial property.
Strong in drafting, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast–paced, collaborative environment.
Enthusiastic about developing specialist expertise within energy–focused real estate work.
