Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and renters
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon
Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements
Ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
