Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist

Working within a global HR team, the Employee Relations Specialist will provide critical operational support to the HR team by functioning as a subject matter expert on employee relations.

Responsibilities

Working with senior leadership and HR partners to refine ER policies and processes, ensuring alignment with legal standards, business objectives, and organizational culture.

Provide objective assessments and strategic recommendations in response to ER investigations to mitigate risks. Provide reports to senior management and legal in regards to findings and recommendations, with minimal supervision.

Analyze data and trends to proactively identify risks.

Oversee regional immigration activities and ensure compliance through the process.

Qualifications

10+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and legal trends, with a proven track record of translating legal updates into organizational impact.

Advanced analytical skills and strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
