About the Role Vumedi is seeking a Solutions Consultant to design client programs that drive successful commercial outcomes on the Vumedi platform. This role works directly with pharmaceutical brand teams and agency partners to translate marketing objectives into executable HCP education and awareness programs. The Solutions Consultant leads discovery, develops tailored proposals, defines targeting strategy and program structure, and partners cross‑functionally to ensure accurate launch and strong performance. This individual brings a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, agency dynamics, and digital HCP engagement. This role plays a key part in supporting revenue growth by advancing deals, ensuring program alignment with client expectations, and identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization. Success requires strong client communication skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while driving clear, measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Engage with Pharmaceutical Marketers and their Agency partners to understand brand goals, timelines, and success metrics
Support the Sellers and drive positive sales outcomes by using your expertise and influence to educate customers on the value of the Vumedi platform
Translate client objectives into structured campaign recommendations, including targeting strategy, content mix, and measurement plans
Manage proposal development and revisions, pricing alignment, and stakeholder feedback
Support RFP responses and new business pitches
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Education and Delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate program launches
Create and communicate solutions and strategies, that are both written and verbal, to audiences at the highest level within our customers' organizations
Understand the detail behind the Vumedi platform and present our custom solutions in a manner that elevates us as trusted advisors
Understand digital marketing trends, and bring innovative ideas and solutions to both Vumedi and customers alike
Contribute to an ongoing knowledge base to help internal stakeholders understand how our product is perceived and positioned in the market
Lead and participate in the delivery of workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions to existing customers.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare media, digital health, or agency strategy
Direct experience working with Pharmaceutical brand teams and life science agencies
Strong understanding of HCP marketing strategy and peer‑to‑peer education models
Experience leading proposal development, campaign strategy, or media planning
Demonstrated ability to translate client objectives into structured, executable marketing programs
Strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills
Highly collaborative and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced commercial environment
Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
~20% travel expected within the US
