Electric Supply Center (ESC)/NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-time Commercial Lighting Quotations Specialist to join our team in Mansfield, MA! Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Salary Range: $75,000+ commensurate with experience and annual bonus plan

The overall objective of the Lighting Quotations Specialist is to prepare quotations on commercial lighting products. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and work with key vendors to ensure customer needs are met.

What a day in this role looks like:

Prepare lighting quotations requests for large contractor account base

Respond to customer requests for project pricing, including budget pricing, value engineering, and unit pricing.

Navigate customer FTP sites to download appropriate drawings and schedules

Negotiate pricing with vendors/reps and prepare complete and accurate bills of material in a timely manner based on customer needs

Communicate with account manager and send completed quotation to customer

Work with customer directly and in conjunction with account manager to close business

Once project is awarded, finalize bill of material including all pricing and pertinent information and follow project management hand off process

What You Can Bring to us:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on business and/or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training.

Knowledge of lighting is required along with excellent Customer Service skills.

Strong communication skills along with strong math and computer skills, including Adobe.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
