Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales process through deep technical knowledge of the company’s products and applications. The role bridges engineering and sales by helping our customers select appropriate technical solutions, preparing quotations, supporting product demonstrations, and assisting in closing opportunities.

Technical Sales Support

Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application discussions.

Help customers select appropriate products based on technical requirements and system architecture.

Respond to RFQs, technical inquiries, and proposal requests.

Customer Engagement

Act as the primary technical interface between the company and customers.

Provide product training, technical consultation, and troubleshooting support.

Build strong relationships with engineering teams at customer organizations.

Proposal and Quotation

Prepare technical proposals, system configurations, and quotations.

Coordinate internally with engineering and operations to determine feasibility, cost, and delivery schedule.

Product and Market Feedback

Collect market feedback and communicate customer requirements to product engineering teams.

Assist in defining new product opportunities and roadmap input.

Sales Process Support

Assist account managers in moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Support contract negotiations and technical clarifications.

Travel

Visit customers, attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Typical travel: 10‑40%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in RF / Microwave / Millimeter‑wave components or subsystems, antennas, radar sensors or systems, satellite communications, test and measurement equipment, system integration.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts.

Customer‑oriented mindset.

Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering and operations.
