Role Description This a 1099 position. Appraiser MUST use TOTAL SOFTWARE. The appraiser will be responsible for conducting property inspections, producing accurate and well-supported property valuation reports, and adhering to established appraisal standards including USPAP. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, assessing property conditions, and collaborating with clients and real estate professionals to ensure precise appraisals.

Qualifications Expertise in Real Estate Appraisal, Residential Real Estate, and familiarity with industry regulations Comprehensive knowledge of USPAP guidelines and appraising methodologies Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for accurate property evaluation Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients professionally Proficiency in appraisal software and tools Licensure or certification as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Ohio Proven experience in residential property appraisals
