We're not starting from scratch. We need someone to put it all to work.

The Opportunity We're looking for a hands-on executor: someone who sees a piece of content, a speaking engagement, or inbound signal and immediately knows what to do with it.

Leads come to us. The opportunity here is activation: taking a rich library of content including a bestselling book, a companion workbook, keynote appearances, social assets, etc. and making sure every piece of it is working as hard as it should be. If you're the kind of marketer who loves having great raw material to work with and gets energized by execution over ideation, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

Content Activation

Take existing content (book, workbook, keynotes, blog posts, social assets) and build campaigns, repurpose across channels, and ensure nothing sits unused

Speaker Marketing Support

Translate speaking engagements into marketing moments: pre-event promotion, post-event content, audience capture, and follow-up sequences

HubSpot Management

Build and maintain workflows, manage contact lifecycle stages, support email sequences, and keep reporting dashboards clean and actionable

Email Marketing

Own campaign execution from copy to send and performance reporting

LinkedIn & Social

Support organic social strategy, draft posts, and help grow both brand and personal account presence for key leadership

Analytics & Reporting

Pull insights from HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other sources to track what’s working and surface opportunities

Partnership Support

Assist with co-marketing initiatives, partner communications, and content that supports strategic relationships

Who We're Looking For

3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in a generalist or multi-channel role

A doer, not just a thinker: you are comfortable being hands‑on keyboard and owning execution end to end

Experience supporting or amplifying executive thought leadership a plus: books, speaking, podcasts, or personal brand content

Strong written communication skills, you can write for humans, not just algorithms

Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Analytical mindset: you know how to read the numbers and tell the story behind them

Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need to be told what to do next

Nice to Have

Experience working in or alongside an agency environment

Familiarity with tools like Clay, or SalesIntel

Background in logistics, freight, or supply chain (not required, but a bonus)

Type:

Freelance / Contract Monthly Retainer

Commitment:

Approximately 40–60 hours per month

Location:

Remote-friendly with flexibility on schedule

Rate:

Competitive monthly retainer, based on scope and experience
