FAM Brands is a leading apparel company known for combining innovation, quality, and scale. Our Men’s Sportswear division is growing, and we’re looking for a Sportswear Designer with a strong creative point of view and deep experience designing for elevated lifestyle brands. The Men’s Sportswear Designer will lead the design and development of seasonal collections focused on modern, trend‑relevant product with commercial viability. This role requires someone with a refined aesthetic, deep fabric and construction knowledge, and proven experience designing for top‑tier retailers and brands. Key Responsibilities

Own the creative direction, design, and execution of seasonal sportswear collections (wovens, knits, and soft structure) Create trend‑right concepts, color stories, and line plans aligned to brand/customer expectations Sketch detailed flat designs and develop technical design packages using Adobe Illustrator and PLM Collaborate cross‑functionally with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing to ensure brand‑right, margin‑friendly product Present concept, design direction, and seasonal assortments to internal and external stakeholders Partner with technical design during fittings to maintain aesthetic and construction quality Stay ahead of fashion, cultural, and retail trends relevant to our target customer Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent 5+ years of experience in men’s sportswear design, specifically for elevated or contemporary brands Strong understanding of both wovens and knits, with ability to develop compelling assortments across multiple categories Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and

PLM systems (Centric PLM strongly preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey ideas clearly and collaborate cross‑functionally Bonus Points For
