Salesforce Administrator

onPhase is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and scale our Salesforce environment as the company continues to grow. This role will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM teams to maintain system integrity, improve processes, and build automation that enables our go-to-market teams to operate efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of Salesforce Admin experience in a SaaS environment who wants to deepen their expertise in RevOps systems, automation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration Manage daily administration of the Salesforce platform including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity Maintain and optimize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot user issues Support the ongoing configuration and maintenance of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Ensure GTM tool integrations are optimized Revenue Operations Support Work with RevOps to support sales processes including routing, ABM processes, opportunity management, and forecasting Assist with improvements to pipeline tracking, account management, and reporting structures Help implement and maintain data governance and process documentation Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support GTM leadership Assist in maintaining key SaaS metrics reporting such as pipeline performance and sales activity Support data accuracy initiatives and periodic data audits Integrations & Tools Support integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools such as marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, and financial or operational systems Assist with system testing and deployment of new features User Enablement Provide support and training to internal Salesforce users Document processes and create internal system guides Help drive adoption of new features and best practices Qualifications Required 12 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator Experience supporting Salesforce within a SaaS or technology company Strong familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (required) Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, flows and process automation, reports and dashboards Strong attention to detail and data quality Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues Strong communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams Preferred Salesforce Administrator Certification Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have but not required) Familiarity with RevOps processes and SaaS metrics Experience with Salesforce integrations or middleware tools Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) Experience with Gong, ChiliPiper, Clay, ZoomInfo.
