The Role
We are currently seeking a Communications Manager to join Addepar’s Communications team. Addepar sits at the intersection of finance, data and AI, and communications plays an important role in how the company shows up to clients, partners and the broader market. In this role, you will help drive communications around key company milestones — including product launches, global market expansions and new client and partner wins— translating Addepar’s innovation and growth into clear, compelling narratives. You will collaborate closely with teams across the company to support executive visibility, speaking engagements, industry events and other communications programs. This role is best suited for someone who is highly driven, proactive and naturally takes ownership in a fast-paced environment.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $95,000 - $149,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

What You’ll Do
Drive communications around key company milestones:
Support end-to-end announcements for product launches, global market expansions, client wins, strategic partnerships and other company developments that reinforce Addepar’s growth and market leadership. Develop high-quality communications materials:
Draft press releases, messaging documents, briefing materials and other communications assets that support announcements, executive visibility and media engagement. Manage executive visibility opportunities:
Help identify, secure and manage opportunities for executives including media interviews, speaking engagements and industry events. Develop briefing materials, staff engagements and coordinate amplification across channels. Lead the company’s speaking and awards programs:
Identify strategic opportunities, coordinate internal stakeholders and collaborate with agency partners to develop submissions and supporting materials. Partner across teams to advance communications initiatives:
Build strong working relationships across R&D, GTM, Marketing and G&A to gather input, coordinate stakeholders and ensure communications accurately reflect the company’s priorities and larger narrative. Help the communications team operate effectively as the company grows:
Maintain strong internal systems and documentation while identifying opportunities to incorporate AI and modern tools into the team’s workflows.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You have 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field, ideally in technology, fintech or financial services. You are an excellent writer and editor who can quickly translate complex ideas into clear, compelling communications. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You take ownership of projects and drive work forward independently. You bring strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and coordinating with senior stakeholders. You move easily between big-picture context and fast-turn execution, producing high-quality communications materials on tight timelines. You use modern tools, including AI, to research, prompt, iterate and refine communications materials while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
