Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive company growth. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, creating engaging content, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee advertising efforts and manage relationships with external marketing partners. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norfolk, VA.
Qualifications
Marketing skills, including developing campaigns, brand strategy, and market positioning
Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques such as social media management, SEO, and email marketing
Experience in Copywriting, Content Creation, and Visual Content Planning
Data analysis and Research skills for measuring campaign performance and identifying market trends
Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and external partners
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software
Experience in the home or consumer products industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
