Manage Chamber Coalition meetings (January–June) including scheduling, agendas, and weekly communications
Executive support to the President/CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF…
You’re a strong writer who can shift tone from a professional press release to a punchy Instagram caption
You’ve planned events before and you actually enjoyed the chaos — and taming it
You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging, but loves being part of a team
You’re comfortable in Microsoft Office and have used email marketing tools or social media schedulers
You bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping local businesses grow
A background in marketing, communications, event planning, or nonprofit work is a plus
Bonus: you already love Rhode Island’s business community (or you’re excited to get to know it)
