What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage marketing operations, including purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and internal trackers
Coordinate fulfillment of marketing and office materials and support trade shows and events
Maintain a curated image library and oversee the review and approval process for marketing assets
Track marketing program activity, prepare reports, and create dashboards to monitor ROI
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records to help reduce operational bottlenecks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or program support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
Familiarity with Veeva Vault or regulated marketing environments
Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or brand and marketing operations
