PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB Assists with various digital banking operational duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers. The Southern Bank Patch illustrates these ideals. Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS Reviews Internet Banking applications, changes, and secure messages; Reviews Internet Banking reports; Maintains correct data on Internet Banking via data review and clean up; Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Cash Management set up and customer service; Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Remote Deposit set up and customer service; Performs reviews of Remote Deposit set up; Performs reviews of Cash Management set up; Performs monthly reporting on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cash Management, Telebank, and Remote Deposit Capture; Reviews Mobile Deposit transactions and requests; Completes and performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Good organizational skills; Excellent customer service skills; Good interpersonal communication and computer skills; and, Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent.
