This role focuses on the real work behind marketing operations. You will own alignment between marketing strategy, sales execution, and the systems that power both. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations and is responsible for ensuring our data, systems, and workflows support scalable growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and maintaining systems while also helping architect where we're going next.
What You’ll Do Marketing Technology and Sales Systems Ownership
Own and administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub CMS) and its integration with Salesforce.
Manage integrations with third party tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, event platforms, etc.)
Maintain and oversee lead routing, lifecycle stages, pipelines and automated workflows
Evaluate new tools or enhancements that support long‑term growth
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments
Frequent collaboration with Leadership team
Document workflows, processes, and best practices to support scalable growth
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain end‑to‑end reporting on Marketing, Sales funnel, campaign performance, lead process, etc.
Support leadership with insights on performance and lead quality
Ensure data structures support accurate reporting over time.
What You Must Bring
3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology
Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, reporting)
Experience working with and integrating Salesforce (preferred) or other CRM
Basic technical comfort (APIs, data structures, automation logic)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Understanding of:
B2B funnel dynamics
Attribution models
Lead Lifecycle design
Sales‑marketing alignment
Familiarity with intent data platforms (ZoomInfo)
Experience supporting events, webinars, or field marketing programs
Experience documenting processes and building internal enablement resources
