What We Do Design, develop, and implement learning solutions for instructor‑led training, self‑paced learning, or eLearning as assigned.

To be considered for this role, please attach a portfolio demonstrating learning deliverables, such as eLearning courses, presentation slides, job aids, or other performance‑support materials. Example: Screenshots or samples of learning materials.

What You’ll Do

Design and build polished, production‑ready learning content including presentation materials, eLearning courses, job aids, and infographics

Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content, clarify requirements, and determine the most effective learning approach

Translate complex or technical information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences

Own training projects from intake to delivery, including interviewing SMEs, designing storyboards, building finished learning solutions, and gathering and applying feedback

Apply instructional design best practices to support learning goals

Ensure learning solutions are visually clean, intuitive, and easy to use

Review feedback and performance data to refine and improve learning assets over time

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

2–5 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adult learners in a corporate or commercial environment

Strong hands‑on experience creating learning and performance support materials

Working knowledge of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s, ARCS, SCARF, etc.) as a practical foundation

Experience creating learning content using industry‑standard authoring and design tools

Ability to create learning materials that are visually appealing, engaging, and learner‑friendly

Openness to using AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and quality in learning design and development

Highly organized, with the ability to manage work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with a team

A passion for and commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred, but not required:

Strong visual design instincts or prior graphic design experience. Familiarity with UX concepts as they relate to learning usability. Experience with video or motion elements (e.g., screen recordings, short animations, explainer videos).

Tools & Technical Experience Experience with some of the following:

Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise)

Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc…)

Techsmith (Camtasia and Snagit)

WhatFix or other digital adoption tools

AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
