Qualifications

0–3 years experience in SaaS, recruiting, or sales

Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, etc.)

Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM systems

Strong communicator with natural conversational ability

Coachable and open to structured feedback

Houston-based for onboarding period

Recruiting or HR background is a plus

The Role You'll convert high-volume inbound demos into activated clients for the #1 Social Media Recruitment Platform, trusted by 500+ organizations including Mayo Clinic, Domino's, and Smashburger.

Day to day you will:

Close qualified prospects in structured 1-call sales cycles

Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM tracking

Participate in daily demo reviews and coaching sessions

This is a structured, metrics-driven environment with clear accountability and a real growth path. No cold calling — all inbound.
