Direct Sales Representative – Residential $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus

Location:

Boston, MA to Arlington, MA greater market

Base Salary:

$39,900 (state‑specific).

Commission Plan:

uncapped earnings with potential to exceed $89,000.

The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers for a top telecommunications company in the region. Responsibilities include building relationships with residential customers, prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations and presentations, and executing sales strategies to increase sales within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Represent residential direct sales initiatives in the Greater Boston market.

Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.

Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

Leverage sales or marketing background in telecommunications (a plus).

Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.

Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.

Prepare sales information for customers.

Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events.

Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on changes and developments within the product/service line.

Work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.

Enjoy working outdoors and in the field (90% of work is field‑based).

Exhibit excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills.

Maintain a positive, creative, and persuasive personality.

Be a motivated, self‑starter comfortable with working autonomously.

Be detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills.

Be sales‑quota driven.

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Proficient in Microsoft products.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
