Inside Sales Representative
Full-Time | Onsite - Chicago, IL - Near West Loop | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $60,000 Base + Bonus
About the Company Our client is a rapidly growing national specialty food distributor is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. Theypartner with grocery retailers nationwide and represent a broad portfolio of international food brands.
This is a high-impact role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling within the grocery channel.
What You’ll Do
Conduct daily outbound calls to grocery retailers to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Generate interest, educate customers on product offerings, and recommend solutions based on retailer needs
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity
Track sales metrics and proactively follow up to drive conversion
Collaborate internally to strengthen sales strategy and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
Familiar with CRM systems and sales performance metrics
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Bilingual Turkish or Russian strongly preferred
