Marketing Intern
We are looking for a motivated, detail-orientated Marketing Intern to join our team! The Marketing Intern role is ideal for a go-getter who enjoys learning new tools and systems, collaborating with a team, and taking ownership of projects while still supporting administrative tasks that help keep marketing operations running smoothly. The right candidate will play a meaningful role in campaign support, social media support, marketing systems management, and content optimization, while gaining exposure to real-world strategy, analytics, and automation in the financial services industry. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing team members to support content development and execution across, email, social media, etc. Assist with campaign research, setup, execution, and post-campaign analysis, helping improve performance and efficiency. Support social media publishing, scheduling, automation, and performance reporting. Conduct marketing research, audits, and competitive analysis projects. Assist in search engine optimization (SEO) and AI-assisted content optimization within the company's content management system (CMS). Help manage the marketing ticketing system, including request intake, tracking, and status updates. Support marketing systems administration, including: Records & document management Google Business Analytics Bitly link creation and tracking Facebook editor access management (200+ pages) Profile management within marketing systems Additional Duties: Complete general administrative tasks where necessary Complete department, regulatory, and compliance training, as required or needed Qualifications: Familiarity with: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Interest in social media management, email marketing, analytics, and content management system (CMS) platforms Comfortable learning new tools, software, and marketing systems Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities Ability to work effectively with team members, leadership, and vendors Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Education and/or Experience: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design (with business emphasis), Digital Media, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
