CallRail is looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will work with our small business customers. SMBs are the core revenue engine for the organization; you will be in a pivotal role helping our continued expansion in this key area. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and effectively selling CallRail's full suite of industry-leading products and services to inbound leads. What You'll Do

Conduct product demos for SMB prospects and convert them to free trials Implement net new leads with CallRail’s suite of products and convert them to customers Uncover business initiatives and pain points to map back to our solutions Research and understand various lines of business and personas Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality What You'll Need

Proven track record of exceeding quota as an Account Executive or SDR 1 year of software sales experience as an Account Executive or SDR; strong preference for marketing technology sales Experience with high volume SMB sales is a huge plus Amazing written and verbal communication skills Expertise in solution-selling, account planning, and forecasting/pipeline management Experience with Outreach is a plus Proficiency using Salesforce and Google Suite Can work as part of a team and/or independently Knows how to navigate a fast‑paced environment BA/BS strongly preferred If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply!
