The Sales Operations Analyst – The Home Depot will work closely with the National Account Manager, Operations Manager, Product, Finance, Fulfillment, and Merchandising Teams to drive operational excellence through in-store, online, and pro channels for Room Air Conditioning, Dehumidifier, Small Appliances, Water Filtration, and Parts products. This role will collaborate with THD merchant, online, and inventory teams as well as work cross-functionally internally to execute daily operational functions as well as drive sales growth initiatives.

How You'll Create Possibilities RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support National Account Manager (NAM) for RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances, and Parts portfolio by delivering on sales objectives, project planning, operations flow and business reviews

Work cross-functionally with account manager, finance, marketing, and supply chain to drive successful implementation of customer commitments

Manage Brand Advocate program for RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances and Parts portfolio ensuring a best-in-class presentation on homedepot.com

Manage Drop Ship Processes with Order/Ship/Bill within Commerce Hub

Manage Order, Ship, Bill Process for Direct Imports for Home Depot

Manage the Derby Inventory and compare to Home Depot Forecast and adjust with Fulfillment Team

Manage multiple priorities, drive timely issue resolution, and process improvement and effectively implement Strategic Account initiatives

Provide support to customize customer sales presentations utilizing category insights that leverage sales strategy and account opportunities.

DFC Collaboration with Shipments both internally and externally

Ownership of Item Data Management (IDM) for launching SKU's online and instore

Manage returns approval process for RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances and Parts

Work with Transportation for Room Air Conditioner shipments, order entry and product fulfillment.

Analyze market and POS data to develop recommendations with NAM regarding assortment/plan-o-gram performance, promotional analysis and display planning. Work directly with the customer on data analysis to provide sales and inventory data analysis.

Lead Multiple MDO/TAD Locations from Order/Ship/Bill/Returns/On Time as Home Depot builds out their own delivery network.

Work with the customer (retail, pro) and internal supply chain team on Quote Center order management, forecasts, and operational issues to ensure product availability

Minimal Travel

What You'll Bring to Our Team Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Minimum of (2-3) years relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams

Knowledge of GEA order processes and systems

Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

Team oriented with ability to quickly build rapport with customers and peers

Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques is highly beneficial.
