Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in‑home sales. This position is a full‑time inside management position. Benefits

Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in‑home sales team toward achieving success. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge. Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions. Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner. Manage the entire sales process from lead to project completion. Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel. Requirements
Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1‑3 years. No degree or certification is needed. Strong personal sales track record. Willing to follow our proven sales system. Communicates well with others. Mon – Sat*, 9am – 6pm. Able to work rotating Saturdays*. Our Values
