
Personal Assistant

A busy private Bay Area Peninsula-based family is seeking a highly capable and sophisticated Personal Assistant to support the principal across all personal matters, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and anticipating needs with discretion, organization, and efficiency. This role blends high-level coordination with hands‑on support, from managing schedules and travel to personal shopping and event planning. The PA acts as a trusted gatekeeper and partner, working closely with household staff and vendors to create a smooth and structured environment for the principal.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the principal’s calendar, contacts, and scheduling.
Support coordination, including travel logistics, flights, accommodations, reservations, and on-the-ground support.
Handle wardrobe management, personal shopping, online orders, returns, and special requests.
Oversee gifting, including sourcing, purchasing, and managing family gift lists.
Assist with planning and executing personal events, dinners, and gatherings in collaboration with chefs, caterers, and staff.
Support day-to-day needs, including errands, reservations, and logistical arrangements.
Collaborate with household staff, estate managers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive personal and professional matters.
Accompany principal on trips and events as needed, ensuring all details are managed.
Qualifications
7–15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting UHNW or high-profile principals.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
Proactive problem-solver with ability to anticipate needs.
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, with ability to travel as required.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in managing calendars, contacts, and online systems.
Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate well in a team.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
Must have a clean background and driving record, and excellent references.

Schedule:
5 days per week (with some weekend coverage)
Comp:
150-200K (hourly + OT) + benefits + 401K (with match), PTO + annual bonus
