Responsibilities - Body Shop Estimator:
Examines damaged vehicles and estimates the repair costs, identifying and documenting the necessary body repair work for the customer, being sensitive to the difficulty of the situation.
Works with insurance agencies to manage the claims of our customers, as well as keep customers informed and frequently updated.
Schedules appointments with customers
Works with customers and Body Shop Technicians to identify required repair work
Offers additional services and repairs to customers
Computes the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer
Dispatches and maintains an organized workload
Enters itemized estimate on the repair order and explains estimate to the customer
Keeps customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above designated standards
Meets dealership’s standards for repair/order production
Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Estimator:
Experience is required
Computer proficiency with CCCONE experience preferred
Positive work history
Must have strong communication skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
