What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the site manager with facility operations and customer service
Answer phone inquiries from current and prospective customers
Show storage units and explain rental agreement terms while preparing contracts
Perform routine property cleanup and minor repairs
Ensure vacant storage units are clean, secure, and ready for new customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work on weekends and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving up to 50 lbs
Willingness to adhere to safety precautions and use protective gear as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or a similar role in the moving and storage industry
Familiarity with rental agreements and property management practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
Previous experience in a physically demanding job
