Seeking a Customer Retention & Team Support Specialist This position focuses on outreach, policy retention, team support, and relationship maintenance. It supports ongoing customer relationships, contributes to office growth, and supports my licensed team.
Responsibilities
Communicate with existing customers about policy cancellations.
Assist with billing questions, problem solving and retention.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
Qualifications
Dependable and reliable attendance.
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication and listening skills.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on customer experience.
Thrives in a positive, team‑centered environment.
