Sr Business Analyst -E-commerce/ Retail experience needed
Location - McKinney TX -5 days onsite/ week

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both Product and Technology teams to gather requirements, translate them into detailed user stories, and ensure clear understanding across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate discussions to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Document business processes, workflows, and use cases in detail.
Work with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Support UAT by helping validate functionality against requirements.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience working closely with both Product Management and Technical teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain stories and use cases clearly.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
E-commerce domain experience is a strong plus.
