Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX in a hybrid capacity, combining on-site work with remote flexibility. This role focuses on identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and developing strong business relationships. Daily responsibilities include executing lead generation strategies, delivering sales presentations, collaborating with the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of our client base. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and partners
Familiarity with the cleaning and restoration industry is a plus
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including a mix of office and remote work
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
