What will help you thrive in this role?

The position requires a high school diploma and/or 2 -3 years of progressive experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Organizational and analytical skills are required.

Experience working in an Engineered to order organization preferred.

The ability to work effectively with diverse populations is required.

The position is primarily an office-based position with regular visits to the plant floor.

The employee occasionally performs work-related travel.

Effective oral and written communications and presentation skills are essential, as are interpersonal skills.

The ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.

The ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports is necessary.

MS Office software, such as Excel and Word.

SAP experience strongly preferred.

Salesforce experience preferred.
