We're looking for a Brand Designer with deep expertise in Experiential Graphic Design-someone who can think big, design boldly, and execute with exceptional craft. In this role, you'll partner with global clients to shape meaningful brand experiences within the built environment. Your work will span immersive environmental graphics, branded spaces, signage, and wayfinding systems that bring clarity, identity, and storytelling to physical places.

What You Will Do
Develop creative up-front design concepts, environmental graphics, and experiential identity for physical spaces. Think creatively and execute with the technical understanding to final production.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be well spoken, and have the ability to work well with integrated teams of architects and interior designers.
Communicate ideas clearly in client presentations and to the team.
Draw at scale and be comfortable working with architectural documentation, elevations, plans, and shop drawings.
Design and develop signage and wayfinding systems that are clear, code-compliant, and integrated with architectural and interior design, from concept through production and installation.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry/design trends and have a desire to share with the team.
Have a strong work ethic, be flexible, positive, and work well in a fast‑paced collaborative team setting.
Have a portfolio that shows a variety of approaches and specific examples of fully realized and produced projects, demonstrating your ability to apply a client's brand and design aesthetic across multiple mediums.
Show interest in expanding your skillset across design platforms such as the built environment, signage and wayfinding, experiential design, brand design, and digital design.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or similar.
At least 8 years of post‑graduate and direct relevant work experience in environmental graphics required.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD Tools, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Revit, Sketch Up, 3D, Motion Graphics, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere skills are a huge advantage.
Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong sense of materials and fabrication/construction within a built environment.
Typography and illustration skills a huge plus.
