Social Media Intern – Jade Shenker

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Intern to work directly with Jade Shenker, a commercial real estate agent at SERHANT and cast member of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help grow Jade’s online presence and brand through innovative, high‑impact content.
What You’ll Do:
Research and propose influencer collaborations on Instagram and TikTok that align with Jade’s brand and audience.
Plan, film, and edit engaging video content—both short‑form (Reels/TikTok) and long‑form (YouTube/IGTV).
Publish and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing feed.
Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) to create fun, educational, and shareable post ideas and captions.
Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and sound/music usage to keep content fresh.
Help track analytics and engagement to refine strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short‑form content trends.
Basic filming and editing skills (mobile and/or desktop).
Comfortable brainstorming and working independently while taking direction.
Creative thinker with a sense of humor and a knack for making complex topics interesting.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience collaborating with influencers or brands.
Are interested in real estate, luxury branding, or lifestyle content.
