Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Kennewick, WA location. The Sales Professional will assist customers in identifying and purchasing their ideal vehicle by providing expert insights, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, conducting test drives, negotiating purchase terms, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves teamwork, continuous learning, and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build rapport and understand customer needs
Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and current market trends
Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn dealership software systems
Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related fields is a plus
