Job Details Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from initial planning to completion.
Create and manage work schedules for all team members, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials, and manage budgets effectively.
Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work meets our high‑quality standards.
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
Lead quality control efforts, ensuring all work is completed to our high standards.
Manage materials and supplies, ensuring availability and timely delivery to job sites.
Lead teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee new construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to our high standards.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a construction management or superintendent role.
Proven experience in creating and managing work schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
A track record of successful collaboration with clients and project managers.
Experience in hiring and managing subcontractors.
Familiarity with contract management, risk management, and quality control.
Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
Experience in materials management and new construction.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
