The Tradeshow and Marketing Coordinator plans and executes Labconco’s participation in trade shows, dealer meetings, webinars, and other marketing events. This role manages event logistics, including coordinating demonstration equipment and marketing materials to ensure successful event execution. The coordinator also supports event promotion and follow-up marketing activities, including social media coordination and lead management. Working closely with the marketing, sales and product management teams, this role helps ensure every event delivers a consistent and professional Labconco brand experience. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related degree preferred; or at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Suite software. Detail oriented with the ability to manage logistics and complex deliverables/timelines of trade show events. Strong written and verbal communication skills including editing, technical & creative writing, excellent grammar and proofreading. Ability to analyze data and apply basic math and reasoning to problem-solving. Ability to manage, organize, multitask and prioritize projects. Ability to legally drive a vehicle and travel as required, 1-2x/year - occasionally over a weekend. Work Schedule
Normal working hours are typically an 8 hour work day 8a - 5pm Monday – Friday. From time to time additional hours may be required on evenings and weekends, as needed. This position is expected to work onsite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, dealer shows, webinars, virtual events, and other corporate marketing events to ensure successful delivery and strong brand representation. Coordinate the preparation and shipment of demonstration equipment, booth materials and marketing assets for events. Ensure all required equipment and materials arrive at the correct location on time, while maintaining shipping crates and coordinating repairs when necessary. Develop event strategies, themes and experiences that align with Labconco’s marketing objectives, guiding concepts from initial idea through implementation. Serve as the primary coordinator for events, collaborating with sales, marketing, product management and executive leadership to ensure cohesive planning and execution. Support event promotion and follow-up marketing efforts, including assisting with pre-show social media content and managing post-show lead entry, data organization and reporting. Evaluate the effectiveness of events through lead generation metrics, ROI analysis and post-event reporting to guide future event strategy. Help with logistical planning for internal product launch photo and video shoots. Coordinate webinars and virtual events in partnership with the Product Management team and external vendors. Manage relationships with event vendors, negotiating pricing and monitoring expenses to ensure budgets are maintained. Maintain the library of branded marketing materials and product literature for digital and physical distribution to support events, sales and marketing. Manage Labconco-branded apparel and promotional giveaway inventory. Benefits
