The Digital Marketing Content Coordinator plays a critical role in executing and managing the day‑to‑day social media presence of the CEO’s personal brand while also supporting the broader Empify marketing strategy. This position is highly execution‑focused and detail‑driven, responsible for ensuring that high‑quality content, campaigns, and digital assets are scheduled, published, organized, optimized, and distributed with precision and consistency across all platforms. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, serving as their right hand in executing and bringing the CEO’s content strategy to life across platforms while ensuring seamless distribution and optimization. The CEO is a national speaker and financial educator operating at a fast pace, with frequent travel, public appearances, media features, and company campaigns, and this role ensures that content from these moments is organized, formatted, and aligned with brand standards and campaign timelines. You will also support the Marketing Manager in implementing Empify’s brand voice, campaign initiatives, and revenue strategies, helping connect personal brand visibility with structured business growth. The Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, writing captions based on approved messaging, uploading videos and graphics, monitoring comments and DMs, tracking performance metrics, and supporting content optimization efforts. This role also supports content management, email coordination, posting as the CEO inside the WB App, and implementing strategies developed by the Social Media and Marketing Managers to ensure campaigns and revenue initiatives are executed effectively. The Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution, organization, and distribution of content across all major platforms, ensuring consistent publishing, timely engagement, and seamless implementation of approved strategies. This role supports campaign rollouts and maintains structured systems that keep marketing operations running efficiently. You will operate in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment alongside leadership and creative partners, where priorities may shift due to launches, events, travel, or revenue initiatives. Your work directly supports brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation. Social Media Execution, Content & Strategy Implementation

Execute and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LTK, Linkedin, Facebook, and the WB App (posting as the CEO). Publish 30–50 pieces of content per platform monthly, including Reels, short and long‑form video, stories, and campaign‑driven content. Implement strategies developed by the Social Media Manager (personal brand) and Marketing Manager (Empify brand), ensuring content aligns with brand voice, campaign timelines, revenue priorities, and customer acquisition initiatives. Support email/text‑related content coordination when campaigns require cross‑platform alignment. Ensure all messaging reflects approved positioning and growth objectives. Platform proficiency required across Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Facebook, WB App, and platform analytics dashboards. Marketing Campaign & Revenue Support

Support the Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager in executing the Empify and the Ashley M. Fox brand marketing initiatives, including campaign rollouts, member acquisition, free trial scaling, WB App engagement strategies, and revenue‑focused activations. Assist in turning audience attention into leads and leads into conversions through structured execution across social and app platforms. Community Management, Lead Capture & Funnel Support

Manage comments and direct messages daily to maintain engagement and protect brand standards. Oversee ManyChat automations and assist with building and maintaining DM funnels tied to free classes, free trials, and membership offers. Monitor inbound leads, support GHL follow‑ups where appropriate, and help implement lead generation systems designed to increase conversions. Digital Asset Management & Content Operations

Serve as Digital Asset Manager for all CEO‑created content. Maintain organized content libraries across shoots, travel, media appearances, events, and campaigns. Track content from capture to publishing, coordinate with editors when needed, and ensure assets are accessible, categorized, and ready for execution and repurposing. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track engagement metrics on a weekly basis to monitor content performance and platform trends. Assist with reporting on audience growth across channels and monitor free class leads and overall campaign performance. Provide organized bi‑weekly performance updates with key insights and recommendations for improvement across all platforms. Desired Skills & Professional Background

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in social media execution, digital marketing, or performance‑driven content management Proven track record of growing Instagram and TikTok accounts with measurable impact tied to lead generation, free trials, memberships, or paid offers – not just engagement Experience supporting revenue‑focused campaigns such as launches, webinars, subscriptions, or digital programs Strong understanding of platform backend tools, analytics dashboards, caption SEO, and how organic content supports conversion Experience using automation tools such as ManyChat, GHL, or similar systems to support DM funnels and lead capture Highly organized with experience managing content calendars, digital asset systems, and coordinating with editors or creative contractors Ability to post in a defined brand voice, including posting as the CEO inside social platforms and the WB App Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment with shifting priorities and direct feedback Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and connect content execution to revenue outcomes Proficient in Google Workspace, content scheduling tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards This role directly supports revenue growth. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or content strategy are a plus. Equivalent professional experience with demonstrated results will be considered.
