This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Manager, based in St. Louis, MO. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing and training sales staff, creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing the sale of residential security products and services. The role also involves analyzing market trends and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting organizational objectives. Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Residential Sales, and Residential Real Estate Strong background in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Familiarity with real estate or experience as Estate Agents is beneficial Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage performance Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
