What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a liaison between the employer, its dealerships, and additional partners
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance customer retention and product displays
Analyze dealership sales and local market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
Monitor and assist with dealership personnel training and compliance with employer requirements
Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure sales objectives are met
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree
2+ years in sales and customer service
Ability to travel 100% and be mobile, including potential relocation within the United States
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle regularly
Strong time management skills to accomplish annual goals and metrics

Experience in the automotive industry
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships through partnership
Presentation skills for effectively representing the employer's brand
