What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and execute channel strategies to drive market share growth across the Robotics & Automation portfolio
Identify, assess, and onboard new channel partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones
Develop joint business plans and conduct quarterly reviews to drive continuous improvement
Present Robotics & Automation technologies to support partner success and customer acquisition
Evaluate partner performance through scorecards and clear KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
10+ years of experience in channel sales for technical or industrial products
Proven ability to grow revenue through partner ecosystems
Strong negotiation and commercial strategy capabilities
Motion control, robotics, or automation experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing business plans and conducting performance evaluations for channel partners
Familiarity with Salesforce and data‑driven decision‑making in sales environments
Knowledge of emerging trends in robotics and automation technologies
