Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Westford, MA. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage the studio’s membership growth, and foster client relationships. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing marketing efforts, tracking daily sales metrics, and ensuring an exceptional member experience to achieve revenue and growth goals.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills, including motivating and developing staff

Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in sales strategies, customer retention, and tracking performance metrics

Marketing or event promotion knowledge is an advantage

Familiarity with fitness or wellness industries is highly desirable

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
