What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee the execution of global sales and channel enablement programs, including design, training, and content delivery

Track and report on key success metrics and KPIs to demonstrate ROI of enablement initiatives

Manage the lifecycle of sales playbook development in collaboration with sales teams and product development

Partner with sales leaders to identify and prioritize enablement needs

Implement and provide training on sales enablement tools, including Salesforce and LMS

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in sales enablement or partner enablement within the software or technology industry

Proven experience in designing and delivering enablement programs for sales and channel teams

Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems

Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the manufacturing technology or industrial software sector

Familiarity with PLM, CPQ, or CAD software solutions

Additional European language skills beyond English and German

Certification in sales enablement or instructional design
