Responsibilities—Sales Consultant:
Guide customers
through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a
seamless experience .
Answer customer questions
regarding products, services, and features, helping them make informed decisions.
Assist both in-person and digital customers , offering expert advice and providing excellent service, whether in the showroom or online.
Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and develop a strategy to achieve those goals.
Stay up to date
on the latest vehicle features, models, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
Provide outstanding customer service
by building relationships with new and returning clients.
Follow through with post-sale support, ensuring customers remain satisfied and informed.
Qualifications—Sales Consultant:
Experience in the sales industry is required—automotive experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates from all backgrounds (Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Retail, etc.).
Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude and a strong record of positive customer service results.
A high level of integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Ability and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to the automotive industry.
Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with a dynamic team.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
