Sales Agronomist
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Agronomist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing agronomic expertise, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting growers with crop input recommendations to help maximize yield and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers in the territory
Provide agronomic guidance including crop scouting, soil sampling, seed selection, fertility, and crop protection recommendations
Develop and execute sales plans to meet territory goals
Maintain a strong understanding of current agronomic products, technologies, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Assist with field days, product trials, and grower meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field
Strong agronomic knowledge and a passion for working directly with growers
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a territory and prioritize tasks
Previous agronomy or sales experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $58,500–$80,000+ DOE
