Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements within the retail sector. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential compliance issues. Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on regulatory matters and best practices. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as needed. Provide training and educational resources to employees on compliance policies and practices. Stay updated on industry regulations and advise on potential business impacts. Support investigations of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
