Experiential Ambassador

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team! As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our products and raising brand awareness of Aroma Joe's at events throughout the communities we are proud to be a part of.
Responsibilities
Attend AJ's Experiential Events (fairs, local events, road races, etc.)
Craft samples of Rush, SF Rush, Cold Brew, Lemonade, Handcrafted Soda and other beverages or food items upon request.
Positively and enthusiastically engage with attendees and answer questions.
Provide a positive and memorable experience for the attendee.
Convey brand messages.
Communicate supply needs with Experiential Lead.
Assist with event setup and cleanup.
Make trips for supplies (ice, product, etc.) if necessary.
Empty trash cans, restock cream, sugar, napkins and samples as needed.
Hand out prizes, Free Drink Cards, and AJ's Rewards Cards to attendees.
Canvas events (if event allows) to draw people to AJ's setup.
Keep track of prize inventory levels.
Manage photobooth, prize wheel, and other activities.
Assist with requests from Experiential Lead as needed.
Minimum Skills / Knowledge Required
Outgoing, resourceful and able to work autonomously while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
Able to work varied business hours, including weekends
Must have reliable means of transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Minimum age requirement: 18
This is a seasonal position that involves being outside in different types of weather (sun, rain, wind, etc.), and long periods of standing. Aroma Joe's Franchising is an equal opportunity employer.
