Description In this role, you are accountable for supporting the ideation, development, implementation and execution of the production and vendor capability strategy, delivering value through effectively balancing innovation, quality, and cost. You will be able to operate in a highly matrixed global organization, forming part of the cross functional product team (Design, Merchandising, Tech Design, Quality Assurance, Sustainability, Fabric Research and Development and Global Sourcing). You will be able to execute with strong attention to detail to ensure the product pipeline meets key milestones to meet product to market (P2M) demands.

Experience driving development with international (Asia-based) sourcing partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Proven ability to influence decisions across Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams in a matrixed environment.
P2M Calendar Management:
Monitoring and managing critical paths to ensure product meets key market deadlines.
Costing & Financial Acumen:
Ability to provide flash garment costing and understand cost components to meet financial targets.
Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation:

PLM & BOM Management:
Experience maintaining Bill of Materials and product data within a Product Lifecycle Management system.

Drive communication between US‑based brand teams and Asia‑based product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Manage BOM maintenance through PLM system to ensure accurate product execution.
Support seasonal strategies to limit financial exposure related to raw materials (e.g., pre‑buying fabrics).
Anticipate and mitigate Product‑to‑Market (P2M) risks by balancing cost, supplier, and time constraints.
Execute category‑specific product development strategies that align with broader production goals.
Demonstrate curiosity and learning agility, with openness to feedback and new processes.
Education and Experience
Experience:
Several years of experience in Product Development, Production, or Sourcing within the apparel/fashion industry.
Global Exposure:
Experience working with international vendors and cross‑functional teams in a global matrix environment is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with PLM systems and costing methodologies is highly preferred.
