The “Gritty” Professional: You have 1-5 years of experience in lead generation or B2B sales. You have a track record of exceeding targets and a hunger for career progression
High Engagement: You are comfortable and confident in client-facing environments. You can walk onto a conference floor and hold a meaningful conversation with a Superintendent or Principal with ease
Sales Fundamentals: While “vibe” is important, your sales skills trump all. You are proactive, organized, and a quick learner who understands the fundamentals of qualifying an opportunity
Self-Starter: You thrive in an environment where you are given the freedom to explore new solutions and approaches rather than just following a rigid script
