Enterprise Business Development Representative

This is a strategic, enterprise-focused Enterprise Business Development role targeting aerospace, life sciences, and medical device organizations. These are highly regulated industries where quality and compliance drive buying decisions, and sales cycles involve multiple stakeholders.

You will partner closely with experienced Account Executives to open doors, initiate executive-level conversations, and generate qualified pipeline within Fortune 500 and mid-sized enterprise accounts.

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000 to $90,000

Variable: $30,000 to $50,000

Total on target earnings: $110,000 to $140,000

Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and PTO

Key Responsibilities

Research and map enterprise accounts to identify quality, compliance, and operations leaders

Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn

Conduct discovery conversations around regulatory pressures, audit cycles, and modernization initiatives

Generate 6 or more sales-accepted opportunities per month

Maintain strong CRM hygiene and detailed account intelligence

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience

Proven quota attainment with measurable results

Comfort engaging Directors and VPs in enterprise environments

Strategic mindset suited for longer sales cycles

Curiosity and interest in regulated industries

Top performers can progress into Account Executive roles within 12 to 18 months.
